Types of plasticisers & waxes we supply
Plasticisers and softeners
Lower compound viscosity and hardness and improve low-temperature flexibility. Grades include Adipate Plasticizer DOA, Adipate Plasticizer DINA, DOP, KANATOL 8S DOS, STABILIZED SOFTENER DINP, STABILIZED SOFTENER TOTM, CHLORINATED PARAFFIN, PINE TAR.
Protective waxes
Bloom to the surface to shield static parts from ozone cracking. Grades include Luwax A, M.C. Wax, Paraffin Wax, RAWAX 0203, RAWAX1080, WAX.
Process aids and factice
Improve mixing, flow, extrusion and mould release; factice gives smooth, dimensionally stable extrusions. Grades include RUBAID 16, Rubaid 222, RUBAID 421, Luwax A, RAWAX 0203, RAWAX1080, Factice Brown, Factice Sona-A and 5 more.
Solvents
Solvents for rubber solutions, adhesives and cleaning. Grades include DI ETHYLENE GLYCOL, IPA, MIX XYLENE, Toluene, MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), Acetone.
