Process oils reduce compound viscosity, improve filler dispersion and lower cost. The right oil depends on the polymer: aromatic oils suit NR/SBR compounds, while paraffinic oils suit EPDM and IIR. We stock aromatic and paraffinic process oils in drums for regular supply.
Types of process oils we supply
Aromatic process oils
High compatibility with NR, SBR and BR; used in tyres, belting and general goods. Grades include Panoil 160 N, Panoil C160 Aromatic.
Paraffinic process oils
Light colour and good compatibility with EPDM and IIR; used in coloured and heat-resistant goods. Grades include Panoil C160 Paraffinic, PANOL 2400, POWER OIL FLEXOIL P REGULAR.
Other oils
Hydraulic and general-purpose oils for plant use. Grades include Hydraulic Oil 68W.
