Types of rubber chemicals we supply
Accelerators
Control cure speed and scorch safety in sulphur-cured compounds: sulfenamides (CBS, TBBS), thiazoles (MBT, MBTS), thiurams (TMTD, TMTM), dithiocarbamates (ZDBC, ZDMC) and guanidines (DPG). Grades include Accicure BSM Beads, ACCICURE DCS POWDER, Accicure DPG Powder, ACCICURE DTDM, ACCICURE HBS POWDER, ACCICURE MBT POWDER, ACCICURE MBTS, ACCICURE TBBS and 17 more.
Antioxidants and antiozonants
Protect rubber against heat, oxygen and ozone to extend service life, from general-purpose antioxidants to PPD-type antiozonants for dynamic parts. Grades include Accinox 100, ACCINOX 445, ACCINOX BL75 S, ACCINOX BL, Accinox B Rods, Accinox MBI, Accinox ODPS, ACCINOX SP and 10 more.
Vulcanising agents and peroxides
Sulphur and sulphur donors for conventional cures, and organic peroxides with coagents for peroxide-cured EPDM, silicone and FKM. Grades include TAC GR50, SULPHUR POWDER, Insoluble Sulphur HD OT20, ETHYLENE THIOUREA, PERKADOX BC 40, TRIGNOX 101, Acciaid Ins-Sulf(80:20).
Retarders, peptizers and blowing agents
Retarders add scorch safety, peptizers soften natural rubber for mixing, and blowing agents make microcellular sheets and sponge. Grades include ACCITARD RE POWDER, UNICELL PT, Accimel 11, Accitard RE.
Silane coupling agents
Bond silica to rubber in silica-filled compounds, improving reinforcement, rolling resistance and wet grip. Grades include ACCIAID SI-69.
